Engels acquires boxes range from CurTec

As a result of a business strategy that further focuses on the design, production and sale of High Performance Packaging for pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals and food ingredients, CurTec has decided to phase out its iconic plastic boxes after 30+ years. A first step in that process is selling the range of boxes with attached lids and stacking bars to the Engels Group.
Engels has many years of experience in the distribution of CurTec boxes. As of May 1, 2022, they have taken over the complete Materials Handling range (plastic boxes with integrated lids and metal stacking bars). This means that from now on they will also be responsible for production in addition to sales and distribution.
CurTec is confident that Engels can guarantee the continuity and quality of these products and that they can offer customers the level of service they are used to. To mark the occasion, CEO Bart van Berkel and Sales Manager Freek Langenhoff visited Engels last week for a symbolic handover with a golden magazine box which was produced for the occasion.
Customers of the Materials Handling range were informed about this decision at an earlier stage. The range of boxes and trays for agricultural applications will remain available through CurTec. Feel free to contact Inside Sales for more information or a quote.
